NutriSense is a complete, self-hosted management system for dietitians, nutritionists, and diet clinics. It brings enquiries, appointments, meal plans, packages, billing, a customer portal, and a full public marketing website into one Laravel application, with an optional layer of AI assistants and a WhatsApp booking bot on top. A customer mobile app for Android and iOS is included as full source code.

Everything installs through a guided web wizard. The core clinic system runs on nothing but standard PHP hosting and a MySQL database – every integration (AI, WhatsApp, SMS, push, payment gateways) is optional and connects to an external service you control.

⚠ Important – Third-Party Costs: The item price covers the NutriSense software only. Optional integrations – AI (OpenAI / Google Gemini), WhatsApp/Meta Cloud API, SMS gateway, Push Notifications (OneSignal), and Payment Gateways (Stripe / Razorpay) – are billed directly to you by those providers based on your own usage. Server Requirements

Third-Party Services & Costs (Important)

The price of this item covers the NutriSense software only. The core system – enquiries, customers, appointments, meal plans, billing, portal, website – runs on nothing but your own hosting and a MySQL database. Every service below is optional and connects to an external, third-party provider that you sign up for and are billed by directly. We do not resell any of them and add no markup, licence fee, or subscription of our own. Their pricing is set by the third party and can change at any time – always check the provider’s current pricing page before enabling a feature for real customers. The buyer is solely responsible for all third-party service costs.

• OpenAI or Google Gemini – only for the AI chat assistants, AI meal-plan generation, and the app’s calorie estimate. Billed by the provider per usage; Google Gemini has a free tier, OpenAI does not. You use your own API key.
• Meta WhatsApp Cloud API – only for WhatsApp reminders and the WhatsApp bot. Meta bills per conversation; customer-initiated chats are free within Meta’s allowance, business-initiated messages (proactive reminders) are charged by Meta. Requires a free Meta Developer account and a WhatsApp Business number.
• Twilio or another SMS gateway – only for SMS reminders and OTP. Billed per SMS by the provider.
• An SMTP / email provider – for system emails (password resets, invoices). Often included free with your hosting.
• OneSignal – only for mobile app push notifications. Free tier covers most single clinics.
• Stripe and / or Razorpay – only for online card / UPI payments. Each charges its own per-transaction fee. You can instead record payments manually at no cost.
• Apple Developer Program (US$99 / year) and Google Play Console (US$25 one-time) – only if you publish the mobile app under your own accounts.
• Envato purchase code – verified once during installation. A one-time purchase per the Envato licence terms; no recurring licence fee from us.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is AI required to use this system?

No. Every core feature – enquiries, appointments, meal plans, billing, the customer portal, the website – works completely without AI. The AI features are an optional layer you enable with your own OpenAI or Google Gemini key.

Does the AI feature cost extra?

There is no markup or subscription from us. If you enable AI, you connect your own API key and are billed directly by OpenAI or Google based on your usage. You control that spend and can disable AI at any time.

Is the WhatsApp bot free?

It runs on Meta’s official WhatsApp Cloud API. Customer-initiated conversations (a customer messages you first) are free within Meta’s allowance. Business-initiated conversations (proactive reminders you send) fall under Meta’s per-conversation pricing, which Meta charges for. There is no fee from us. Check Meta’s current WhatsApp Business Platform pricing for exact rates.

Do Stripe and Razorpay cost anything?

NutriSense adds nothing on top. Each gateway charges its own per-transaction fee (a percentage plus a fixed amount), set by the gateway and varying by country. If you prefer not to use a gateway, the system also supports manual / custom payment recording at no cost.

Can I re-brand and publish the mobile app?

Yes. Full Flutter source is included, and the documentation walks through changing the app name, icon, splash screen and bundle ID, and building signed releases for the Play Store and App Store. Publishing requires your own Apple Developer (US$99 / year) and Google Play (US$25 one-time) accounts.

Do I need SSH to install it?

You need to run Composer and npm once after uploading, to install the PHP dependencies and build the admin panel assets (SSH, cPanel Terminal, a cPanel Composer/Node tool, or build vendor/ and public/build/ on your computer and upload them). Everything after that is the browser wizard.

Can I use it on more than one domain?

A regular licence covers one installation. See the Envato licence terms for regular vs extended, and contact support if you are moving domains or need a staging copy.
